NFL Week 16 Playoff Push Intensifies with Nine Teams in Hunt

NEW YORK — The NFL schedule for Week 16 begins Thursday night with the Los Angeles Rams visiting the Seattle Seahawks.

The Rams and Seahawks have already secured playoff berths entering the week.

The game will be played at Lumen Field and is scheduled for an 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff.

Week 16 also includes games Saturday and Sunday, with Philadelphia visiting Washington on Saturday afternoon and Green Bay playing at Chicago later that night.

On Sunday, the Jacksonville Jaguars travel to Denver to face the Broncos, while the Los Angeles Chargers play at Dallas. New England visits Baltimore on Sunday night, and San Francisco plays at Indianapolis on Monday night.

Several teams remain in contention for postseason spots entering the final three weeks of the regular season.

  • Sunday, Dec. 21: Los Angeles Chargers at Dallas Cowboys, 1 p.m. (FOX)

  • Sunday, Dec. 21: Jacksonville Jaguars at Denver Broncos, 4:05 p.m. (FOX)

  • Sunday, Dec. 21: New England Patriots at Baltimore Ravens, 8:20 p.m. (NBC)

  • Monday, Dec. 22: San Francisco 49ers at Indianapolis Colts, 8:15 p.m. (ESPN)

The schedule also includes several additional games at 1 p.m. and late Sunday slots that will influence playoff positioning, according to publicly released NFL broadcast schedules.

The NFL regular season concludes in early January.
